The Alphafly 3 is Nike top-tier marathon racing shoe, redesigned to be lighter and more stable than v2. Full ZoomX foam midsole (Nike most responsive, 74.9 percent heel energy return, 73.9 percent forefoot) with dual Air Pods (Zoom Air units) in the forefoot working with full-length carbon fiber Flyplate. Maximalist stack approximately 40mm heel / 32mm forefoot (8mm drop), weight ~210g (US 9). Breathable Atomknit upper with improved lockdown. Outsole with strategic rubber for marathon durability. Built for the most important race day of the year: marathon and ultra middle-distance. More stable than Vaporfly thanks to wider platform, perfect for medium-heavy runners seeking maximum cushion.
