The site is operated by Hybrid Athletes Gear LLC, a Wyoming (USA) limited liability company, with registered office at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.

We sell sporting goods (running footwear, wearables, training accessories) to consumers residing in European Union countries.

When you complete an order we send a confirmation by email to the address you provided. That confirmation constitutes acceptance of the order and completes the contract between you and us.

We reserve the right not to accept orders that appear fraudulent, incomplete, or in quantities abnormal for normal personal use. In such cases we contact you and immediately refund any amount already paid.

Prices shown are in Euro and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs, where due, are calculated and shown separately before order confirmation.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and, where available, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and PayPal. We do not store your card details on our servers — they are transmitted directly to Stripe encrypted.

The charge is made at order confirmation. If payment is declined by the issuer, the order does not complete and you are not charged.

We ship to all European Union countries. Estimated delivery times and costs are described on the Shipping page, which is an integral part of these terms.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to you when the product is delivered, or when a person you designated (other than the courier) physically receives it. We ask you to inspect the packaging at delivery and report any damage within 48 hours.

As a consumer residing in the European Union you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving reasons, within 14 days of delivery. Operational return procedures are described on the Returns & refunds page.

The product must be returned intact, not used beyond what is necessary to verify its nature and functionality, with tags and original packaging. Return shipping cost is borne by you, except in cases of defective product, damage in transit or our error: in those cases we cover return shipping.

Products sold are covered by the 2-year legal conformity warranty under European Union law (Directive EU 2019/771). If within 24 months of delivery the product presents a conformity defect, you have the right to repair, price reduction or refund, within the limits and conditions provided by law.

In addition, where applicable, some products may be covered by additional manufacturer warranties. Those warranties are independent of the legal warranty and added to it.

To activate warranty write to info@hybridathletesgear.com with order number, defect description and photos where possible.

Except where the law does not allow limitation (for example willful misconduct or gross negligence, personal injury, or breach of essential contract obligations), our overall liability to you for any claim relating to a single order is limited to the amount of that order.

We are not liable for delays, malfunctions or inability to perform due to force majeure, extraordinary events, acts of authorities or malfunctions of payment or shipping systems outside our control.

This contract is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, excluding its conflict of laws rules.

This is without prejudice to the application, in favour of the consumer, of the more favourable mandatory provisions of the law of the European Union Member State in which you have your habitual residence, including those granting jurisdiction to the courts of your place of residence.

We may update these terms to reflect regulatory changes, service developments or editorial improvements. Changes take effect upon publication on this page and apply to orders placed thereafter. Orders already completed remain governed by the terms in force at the time of confirmation.
