Description
The most extreme super-shoe Adidas ever built. Ridiculous weight: 138 g (US 9.5), 40 percent lighter than other Adidas super-shoes. Lightstrike Pro Evo foam CNC-carved from a foam block instead of molded, process that strips out every gram. 39mm heel / 36mm forefoot stack, 3mm declared drop (the aggressive rocker creates a higher-drop feel). Carbon Energy Rods 2.0 for max forefoot propulsion. Limited release at €500, only via Adidas sign-up. Tigist Assefa set the women marathon world record in the Evo 1, the Evo 2 is even faster. This is not a training shoe: it is a race-day bullet, low durability (1-2 marathons). For elite hybrid athletes, the no-compromise option for road PRs.
