The Adizero Adios Pro 4 is the world-winning Adidas super-shoe for fast runners aiming at marathon-racing peak performance. Double layer Lightstrike Pro foam for lightweight cushioning and maximum energy return. Carbon-infused Energy Rods 2.0 replace the traditional carbon plate, providing targeted stiffness in propulsion zones following foot anatomy. 39mm heel / 33mm forefoot stack, 6mm drop (within World Athletics 40mm limit). 200 g weight (US 9): 14 g lighter than Pro 3. Continental rubber outsole at toe-off + Lighttraxion to cut weight without losing grip. Pure race shoe: for hybrid athletes doing serious road racing (half/full marathon/elite Hyrox), this is the race-day weapon.
